Economic calendar: what lands next, and what it changes
Statistics Canada publishes Consumer Price Index (Canada) next, at 8:30 AM EDT on Monday, Aug 17, 2026. 1 hour before the 9:30 AM Eastern U.S. equity open, so the figure is public before the first trade of the session rather than during it.
This calendar is built from the publishers' own release schedules: 141 scheduled
releases and 150 published periodic filings, collected Aug 12, 2026.
It carries no consensus estimates and no forecast column. What it adds is the connection most calendars skip:
which published series each release updates, and which calculator turns that series into a decision on your
own numbers.
Buckets are cut on the publisher's Eastern calendar at the last collection run, Aug 12, 2026,
and the engine rebuilds them with every research pass.
Every scheduled entry lands at one of 6 Eastern clock times, 8:30 AM or 9:45 AM or 10:00 AM or 10:30 AM or 12:00 PM or 2:00 PM, and 54 of the 141 land before the 9:30 AM equity open. The calculator column names the JMM tool that runs on the series a release updates; a release with no
honest calculator match carries none.

Lanes come from the release-to-calculator registry every dated page on this site already uses, so the theme
and the tool link cannot disagree. Each lane lists the scheduled releases that move it, soonest first, and
the calculators that run on the published series behind them.
Inflation and prices
4 releases, 21 dates
Price indexes are the basis of inflation adjustments, cost-of-living clauses, and every real-versus-nominal comparison.
No calculator on this site honestly runs on the numbers these 16 releases publish,
so no link is claimed for them. Their schedule records are here all the same.
U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics 58 scheduled dates across 27 releases, collected Aug 12, 2026
U.S. Energy Information Administration 40 scheduled dates across 2 releases, collected Aug 12, 2026
Statistics Canada 15 scheduled dates across 2 releases, collected Aug 12, 2026
U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis 14 scheduled dates across 5 releases, collected Aug 12, 2026
Federal Reserve Board 11 scheduled dates across 1 releases, collected Aug 12, 2026
Bank of Canada 3 scheduled dates across 1 releases, collected Aug 12, 2026
U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission 150 published periodic filings retrieved from EDGAR, each with its accession and publication clock
Two absences are deliberate. There is no consensus or forecast column: every entry above is the publisher's own
scheduled date and minute, and when a source has not scheduled a release this page says nothing rather than
estimating one. And there is no Canadian official calendar here: Statistics Canada and Bank of Canada schedules
are not collected, so this page does not claim them.
The recurring releases behind those dates
A single dated entry cannot tell you how often a release comes or what time it lands. 27 recurring releases carry 390 of the calendar entries JMM holds, and each one has a schedule
page with the full run of dates, the measured cadence, and a calendar file to subscribe to.
These are official publications the engine has already retrieved, each carrying the source's own link and
publication clock. They are the other half of the calendar: the schedule says when a record was due, and a
received record says when one arrived.
